RULES

1. One submission per person per category. 2. No offensive material. 3. A minimum of approx 75% of the video should contain/convey Axial products shown in a positive light. please visit axialvideoawards.com for additional details regarding footage rules/restrictions. 4. Video submissions should be the sole property of said owner or have explicit permission to use any footage that isn’t rightfully theirs. 5. please submit all entries via E-mail to: “ava@axialracing.com” and please do not attach the actual file. Also be sure to put: “Axial Movie Awards” in the subject line of the email. 6. Video winners will be picked by Axial and announced on June 1st, 2010. 7. There will be a total of 3 winners Best SCX10 Video, Best AX10 Scorpion Video, Best Axial Nitro Video.

• No purchase necessary. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning a prize.
• Employees of Axial, Inc., and the immediate family members of and members of the households of such employees are not eligible to win.
• Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these rules.
• All prizes will be sent via standard UPS ground, unless otherwise specified.
• Prizes may not be substituted or transferred by any contest/sweepstakes winner and a winner may not receive cash redemption equal to the value of the prize in lieu of the prize.
• Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received and may vary based thereupon.
• The contest will start and end as specified in any further/contest specific rules (if any).
• Axial reserves the right to change rules at any time without notice.

GUIDELINES AND TIPS

1. Video length should be between 5 to 10 minutes in total length.
2. Make sure your subject matter is properly framed, lit (avoid backlighting), and in focus. Also go light on the zoom.
3. Edit the video down to remove any long lags in the action. If you're not able to edit, only record the important moments.
4. Be creative with your camera angles. Shooting from different vantage points such as keeping your camera low to the ground for instance, can create a more impactful shot.
5. Minimize the use of shaky handheld shots with the use of a tripod.
6. Save the video in the highest quality setting.
7. Don't overuse special effects.
8. The subject matter doesn’t primarily have to be exclusively of product, and we’re in no way limiting video submissions to just solely product videos as long as the Axial brand is clearly represented. We encourage narrative and acting can also be utilized as well.  
9. Probably the most important piece of advice is to just make sure that the video is entertaining.

   Additional consideration will be given to video's with an easily identifiable recognition of the Axial mark visibly placed on the body or chassis.
